This Bordeaux blend takes the structure from the Cabernet Sauvignon, the fruit characters of the Cabernet Franc and soft tannins of the Merlot. It demonstrates the success of quality blending by the winemaker. On the nose are notes of berry and cherry as well as bell pepper, chocolate and soft leather. On the palate you will find a balance of oak aging, tannin and acid creating a long and satisfying finish. Enjoy with roast beef and vegetable dishes.
