  Another great recipe you have to try:
  
  Quick and Easy Quesadilla:
  
  12 flour or corn tortillas
  400g of shredded
  swiss, mozzarella or cheddar
  500g of thin Black Forrest ham
  Hot Maple mustard
  
  Method: Spread 6 of the tortillas with the
  Hot Maple Mustard. Place a thin layer of ham on top, then sprinkle some shredded cheese. Place a tortilla on top of each stack. Cook these either in a
  large frying pan or in the over on a baking sheet at 350 F. You just want to crisp them up and melt the cheese. Cut into wedges and serve with
  salsa.
  
  Great appetizer or light lunch!
