Coveright also supplies abrasive-resistant overlays, decorative films and balancing films for the laminate flooring industry.TWO FLOORING FILM SYSTEMS: Coveright’s range of high quality products includes two flooring film systems designed to fit your individual processes while offering beauty and durability. Our flooring films are available in all standard abrasion classes for use in many different laminate flooring applications. DWS - our two-in-one system, combines the properties of an overlay with the aesthetics of a décor film while also protecting the press plate against excessive wear. Our single layer design makes it lighter than the traditional three-layer build-up without compromising performance. The weight reduction means that -- especially for the higher application classes -- the DWS can be used with a lighter balance film compared to the traditional systems. The result is a wear-resistant, exceptionally transparent and visually attractive solution with a favorable price-performance ratio. Our traditional flooring system consists of a wear-resistant overlay impregnated with a melamine resin, a decorative film, and a balance film. Intensive research and advancements in resin synthesis enable us to manufacture overlays that are highly transparent, durable and resistant to abrasion, scratches, chemicals and cigarette burns. The decorative films are specially designed to provide optimum transparency with the overlay films. The melamine-based balance film, applied to the underside of the flooring panel, prevents the absorption of moisture, which can cause warping. SPECIAL FLOORING OPTIONS: Coveright laminate flooring films are available with a number of unique and innovative options. Special overlays - achieve a more realistic wood texture look and explore the limits of depth and realism with our deep-text-overlay. Décor films - we offer custom décor film impregnantion for regular or registered embossed applications. Antistatic - we have solved the problem of static electricity discharges on laminate flooring in low-humidity conditions. Veneers - we offer a number of overlays for use on wood veneers.
