Product DescriptionNEW FORMULA!We've recently updated our Dishwashing Liquid formula (available in Unscented, Mandarin & Grapefruit and Lavender & Tea Tree). The good news, we've found a way to make this product even better!! This new formula was independently tested and results show better grease cutting power and the capability to clean almost 2x as many dishes than before! You might notice a little bit of a cloudier appearance on shelf but all in all we think you'll love it! Washing dishes doesn't have to leave you high and dry. Our Dishwashing Liquids are formulated with essential oils, NOT synthetic fragrances and many fragrances contain phthalates (mainly used to soften plastics). The oils we choose have both antiseptic and aromatherapeutic properties. About 95% of the chemicals used in traditional fragrances are synthetic which can lead to headaches, wheezing and skin irritation. Our dish liquids also won't create as many suds as a synthetic dish liquid but that's because we avoid using the sudsing agent called Sodium Laureth Sulfate (SLES). This ingredient is a suspected carcinogen (cancer causing agent) and no amount of suds is worth that. We also formulate without ingredients such as formaldehyde based preservatives like parabens (suspected carcinogens), phosphates, chlorine, or dyes. All this makes our Dishwashing Liquids safe enough for even the youngest member of your kitchen clean up crew! NEW Ingredients: WATER, FATTY POLYGLYCOSIDE (FROM CORN STARCH AND PALM KERNEL OIL), COCOBETAINE (FROM PLANT SOURCE), COCODIMETHYL AMINE OXIDE (FROM COCONUT), CELLULOSE COLLOIDS (FROM WOOD AND COTTON), SODIUM GLUCONATE AND SODIUM HYDROXYMETHYL GLYCINATE (PRESERVATIVE BASED ON GLYCINE, A NATURALLY OCCURRING AMINO ACID). Available in: - Unscented - Mandarin & Grapefruit - Lavender & Tea Tree (Scented products contain either: Mandarin & Grapefruit essential oils or Lavender & Tea Tree essential oils.) 575 ml Like the line from that old TV commercial goes, “You’re Soaking In It”. Need we say more? Most dishwashing liquids contain synthetic detergents, coal tar based colours, and artificial fragrances. They may even contain Quarternium 15, an eye and skin irritant which can release carcinogenic (cancer causing) formaldehyde. Many dyes used are known to be carcinogenic and they can both penetrate the skin and be left behind on your dishes. Traditional dish liquids are made from petroleum-based raw materials.
