Product DescriptionOrganically produced in Prince Edward County, Ontario.The colour is typical of extended barrel aging, gold with a slight green hued rim. The nose suggests ripe pear and a whisper of black liquorice. Raisins baked in bread pudding, caramel and lemon meringue, more sweet than citrus. There is good weight in the mouth, integration and continuity in the front, middle and back palate. The finish is cleansing suggesting this wine will pair well with rich foods. 750 ml bottle.
