Product DescriptionOrganically produced in Prince Edward County, Ontario.The Closson Chase Vineyard Chardonnay is a blend of the north and south vineyards. The wine was produced using 50% less new barrels than the previous vintage. The character of the vineyard is most apparent. A little fresher than the South Clos, its flavor profile is also dominated by minerality, a warm finish with good length. Recommend cellaring for up to two years before opening a bottle, but can be cellared for two to three additional years beyond that. 750 ml bottle. Find out why we love this member... |
