WE ARE CANADIANS
LBC Canada is the premier Canadian manufacturer and marketing company for various bedding products for the Canadian market, including pillows, mattress pads, duvets, foam mattress toppers, foam pillows and pillow protectors. Founded originally in 1977 under the company name AHF (Aerated Home Furnishings) Ltd., we have expanded profitably throughout the years, now proudly occupying a 211,000 square foot facility with full in-house manufacturing capabilities in Montreal, Quebec.

WE EMPLOY CANADIANS
LBC Canada employs approximately 170 Canadians; skilled in sales, marketing, design and manufacturing. We encourage our employees to participate in continuous training as a means to develop and improve their skills, efficiencies and overall communication – creating a supportive win-win. In the past few years alone, we have gladly doubled our minimum government requirements by investing over $600,000 in training, supporting our employee’s personal growth and well being.

WE INVEST IN CANADA
LBC Canada strives for efficiency improvements by continuing to invest in our plant operations. We take every effort possible to examine our own capabilities and find ways to preserve and continue manufacturing here in Canada. In doing so, we proudly manufacture and finish 96% of our finished products here. To support this effort we dedicate on average $400,000 in manufacturing improvements annually.

WE OPERATE IN CANADA
Through Canadian direct manufacturing, we are able to produce and finish up to 60 times more finished product locally by simply utilizing a single container of raw materials than if we were to import these products finished, retail ready. In addition, where possible, we continuously engage our local supply base to meet the various needs of our business.
